The Comeback Plan 1:1 Coaching
Your Life. Your Challenges.
Your Comeback.
No two men arrive at the same point in life by following the same path. So why should they follow the same coaching programme?
The Comeback Plan is a bespoke 12-week coaching experience, built around where you are today, what you want to change and the man you want to become.

Who this is for
You've Built a Life. But Is It the Life You Want?
By the time we reach our forties or fifties, life can look successful from the outside while feeling very different on the inside.
Careers, families, responsibilities and expectations can leave little room to question where we're heading, who we're becoming or whether we're living in line with what actually matters.
Sometimes something significant happens that forces us to reassess everything.
Sometimes nothing dramatic happens at all. We simply recognise that something needs to change.
This may be for you if
- You feel you've lost direction or purpose.
- You've achieved professional success but feel personally unfulfilled.
- You want to rebuild your confidence after a setback.
- You struggle with consistency, discipline or unhelpful habits.
- You feel stuck in a familiar pattern you can't seem to break.
- You're navigating a significant life transition.
- You want to be more intentional about how you live, work and show up for others.
You don't need to have all the answers. You need to be willing to start asking better questions and taking action.
Not an off-the-shelf programme
One Programme. Built Around One Person. You.
There is no standard Comeback Plan.
We start with a conversation, not a curriculum.
Together, we explore where you are now, where you want to be and what's getting in the way.
From there, I build a personalised 12-week coaching programme, selecting the most relevant tools, exercises and coaching approaches from my resource library.
Some men need to reconnect with their identity and purpose. Others need to challenge old beliefs, rebuild daily habits or create structure and accountability around an important goal.
We work on what matters to you.
Your circumstances shape the programme. Your ambitions define the direction. Your actions drive the progress.
Understand
We explore your circumstances, challenges, values and ambitions.
Build
I create your individual programme using the coaching tools and resources most relevant to your needs.
Execute
We work through your programme together, applying what you learn, developing new habits and reviewing progress.
The 12-week commitment provides the structure. Your individual goals determine the journey.
The Comeback HQ approach
Real Change Starts With Who You Become.
Every Comeback Plan is different, but the same philosophy sits underneath each one. The exercises and focus areas change from man to man. These four principles don't.
Identity
Understand who you are today, who you want to become and what really matters.
Standards
Define the principles, boundaries and non-negotiables that guide how you live.
Actions
Translate intentions into practical habits, decisions and consistent behaviour.
Outcomes
Work towards meaningful goals, measure progress and build changes that can last beyond the programme.
What your 12 weeks may include
Personal Coaching. Practical Tools. Meaningful Progress.
What goes into your programme depends on what you need. Depending on your goals and starting point, your 12 weeks may include some or all of the following.
This isn't a course you work through on your own. It's a collaborative process. We do the work together, review what's working and adjust as you progress.
- A detailed initial coaching assessment
- Personal goal setting and clarity exercises
- Private 1:1 coaching conversations
- Bespoke workbooks and practical assignments
- Personal standards and habit development
- Mindset and resilience exercises
- Weekly action planning and accountability
- Reviews of progress, challenges and lessons learned
- A forward plan for continuing development beyond the programme
Why work with Tim?
I've Had to Build My Own Comeback.
For years, from the outside, I looked like a man who had it all together. The reality was different. I neglected my physical and mental health and kept pushing forward while knowing something needed to change.
In 2020, I underwent major neurosurgery. The recovery forced me to stop, look honestly at how I was living and decide what I wanted the next chapter of my life to look like.
Rebuilding meant more than getting fit. It meant rebuilding my habits and my standards, and learning that lasting change comes from identity, consistency and personal responsibility. Endurance sport, including marathons, triathlons and Ironman 70.3, became the evidence that I can keep the promises I make to myself.
Alongside that, I'm a Chartered Director with a career in senior transformation leadership. That experience brings additional perspective, particularly for men balancing leadership, careers, family and personal responsibilities.
“I don't have all the answers. But I understand what it feels like to realise something has to change. I also understand that change requires more than motivation. It takes honesty, clear direction, consistent action and the willingness to keep showing up.”
Tim is a coach, not a therapist, doctor or clinician. The Comeback Plan is practical coaching focused on direction, standards and action.
How to get started
Let's Talk About Your Comeback.
The first step isn't committing to 12 weeks. It's having a conversation.
We'll talk about where you are today, what you want to achieve and whether working together would be the right fit.
If I believe I can help, I'll explain how we could build a programme around your individual circumstances and goals.
No pressure. No obligation. Just an honest conversation about what comes next.
Own Your Comeback.
