Comeback HQ provides personal development, coaching, accountability, educational resources, online communities and voluntary challenges designed to help adults improve their habits, mindset, confidence and general wellbeing.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, programmes, challenges, coaching sessions and communities.

Nothing provided through our website, programmes, challenges, communities or coaching sessions should be interpreted as individual medical advice or a substitute for professional healthcare.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme, fitness challenge, breathwork practice, cold-water activity, dietary change or other new physical or wellbeing routine.

This is particularly important if you have an existing medical condition, injury, disability, take medication or have concerns about your physical or mental health.

Participation in all Comeback HQ activities is entirely voluntary.

Activities may include, without limitation:

• Physical exercise, running, cycling and other fitness activities.
• Breathwork, meditation and relaxation practices.
• Cold showers, cold-water immersion and sea swimming.
• Dietary and lifestyle challenges.
• Personal development exercises and discomfort challenges.
• Group activities, community events and coaching programmes.

These activities may involve physical or psychological risks, including injury, illness, discomfort, adverse reactions and, in some circumstances, serious harm.

You acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for deciding whether to participate.

You agree to:

• Exercise reasonable care and judgement.
• Participate only within your own capabilities.
• Follow appropriate safety precautions.
• Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulties, unusual distress or other concerning symptoms.
• Seek professional advice or emergency assistance where appropriate.
• Avoid undertaking activities in unsafe environments or circumstances.

You must not interpret a challenge, suggestion or encouragement from Comeback HQ as an instruction to ignore your own limitations or professional medical advice.

You participate voluntarily and at your own risk, subject to the legal rights and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Breathwork and cold exposure can present particular risks.

Never perform breath-holding exercises in water, while driving, operating machinery or in any situation where losing consciousness could cause injury.

Do not combine breath-holding practices with swimming or cold-water immersion.

Cold-water activities should only be undertaken with appropriate precautions and after obtaining medical advice where necessary.

Comeback HQ does not guarantee that any breathwork or cold-exposure practice is suitable or safe for a particular individual.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Comeback HQ, its proprietor, coaches, facilitators and representatives shall not be liable for losses, injuries or harm arising from a participant's voluntary activities, failure to follow appropriate safety precautions, disregard of medical advice or actions undertaken independently of Comeback HQ's direct control.

Comeback HQ does not accept responsibility for the actions or omissions of other participants, community members or independent third parties except where liability arises under applicable law.

We do not guarantee any particular health, fitness, financial, psychological or personal development outcome.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by the law governing the relevant claim.

Comeback HQ encourages personal responsibility, consistency and accountability.

However, results will vary depending on individual circumstances, commitment, health, experience and other factors.

Testimonials and personal success stories illustrate individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing and progress.

Coaching provided by Comeback HQ is intended to support personal development, goal setting, accountability and behaviour change.

It is not a substitute for medical treatment, mental health therapy, regulated financial advice or other professional services.

We may recommend that a participant seek specialist professional support where appropriate.

Coaching arrangements, including session frequency, duration, deliverables and fees, will be described before purchase.

Prices for paid programmes, coaching services and other products will be displayed or communicated before purchase.

Payment is required in accordance with the terms presented at checkout or agreed in writing.

Our general policy is that purchases are non-refundable where a customer simply changes their mind, decides not to participate or fails to complete a programme, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights remain unaffected.

Where applicable law permits a consumer to request immediate delivery of digital content or commencement of services during a statutory cancellation period, we may request the consumer's express consent and any legally required acknowledgement before doing so.

Any cancellation rights affected by such consent will be explained before purchase.

Where Comeback HQ cancels a paid service or is unable to provide an agreed service, we will provide any refund or remedy required by applicable law.

Comeback HQ operates online communities, including the Comeback Circle and challenge groups.

Members agree to:

• Treat other members respectfully.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation or abusive behaviour.
• Avoid sharing another member's personal information without permission.
• Refrain from providing unsolicited medical diagnoses or unsafe advice.
• Avoid promoting products, services or commercial opportunities without permission.

We reserve the right to moderate content or remove members for serious or repeated breaches of these standards.

Community participation does not create a confidential therapeutic or professional relationship.

Members should avoid sharing sensitive information they would not wish other participants to see.

Comeback HQ may use third-party services, including WhatsApp, payment providers, scheduling services, video conferencing platforms and external websites.

Use of these platforms may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent operation, security or availability of third-party services, except where applicable law imposes responsibility on us.

Unless otherwise stated, the written content, branding, logos, programme materials and original resources provided by Comeback HQ belong to Comeback HQ or its licensors.

Materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must not reproduce, distribute, resell or commercially exploit these materials without prior written permission.
